Exceptionally Weird
Radical Park Media creates exceptionally weird film, theater and TV through a mix of high and lowbrow sensibility. Radical Park Media’s work delights global audiences, transgresses artistic forms, and uplifts misfit stories and talent unseen.
Kyoung H. Park founded Radical Park Media in 2020 as a New York based, guild production company for projects with Actors’ Equity, SAG-AFTRA, WGA and/or DGA talent.
Our current project, NERO, is a satirical re-imagination of George W. Bush’s War on Terror as the rise and fall of Nero’s Roman Empire. NERO is a SAG-AFTRA approved, 5-part “streamplay” currently under distribution by KPB.

Kyoung H. Park is a New York-based, award-winning writer/director of theater and film. He wrote, directed, edited and executive produced NERO, a five-part miniseries, with seed funding from the Ford Foundation and Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. His theater work includes disOriented (Peter Jay Sharp Theater on 42nd Street), TALA (University Settlement), PILLOWTALK (The Tank) and has been developed at The Baryshnikov Arts Center, HERE, The Bushwick Starr, LaGuardia Performing Arts Center and globally in London, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago (Chile), New Delhi and Seoul.
